We will share our values ​​and mission with you and show you around our three locations in Sofia, Bulgarian Izvor, and Zlatna Panega, where we prepare some of our most famous dishes and delicacies.

A story from 1994

More than two decades ago, in the heart of Bulgaria, the Dobrevski Family was born. Combining passion for traditions and love for high-quality products, we stepped onto the Bulgarian market with a clear mission - to offer our customers a unique combination of excellent taste and natural freshness. We want to offer our guests something more than just food to experience the magic of Bulgarian nature.

Quality in every bite

We are proud of our wide range of offers, but especially our masterful meat and dairy delicacies. Our meat is from animals – buffaloes, pigs, and calves, raised on free grazing in the Balkan Mountains, which guarantees both the taste and health qualities of the products.

The secret of these flavors lies in the fragrant mountain spices which we use for our meat. These flavors are not just an addition, but a journey among our green meadows and lush rivers. Thus, every bite has the power to take us on a unique journey through Bulgarian culinary history.

Our grill masters are trained by the best butcher specialists in the Balkans who know not only how to prepare meat, but also how to preserve its juiciness and taste characteristics.

Tradition with every bite

We know that bread is not only an essential food product, but also a deeply ingrained part of our customs. Therefore, with dedication and love, we make not just bread, but a creation with a fluffy texture and crispy crust, which enriches your table with aroma and unique taste.

In our bakery, the products are carefully mixed according to traditional recipes with specially selected ingredients. Our master bakers let the bread rise, and then bake it in our old wood oven. From it, the bread comes out still hot and ready for the table of our guests.

Part of our flour we grind on our mill in the village of Bulgarian Izvor, which dates back to more than a century old in 1905. There, on hewn stones, we grind various cereals from the region. This is how some of the types of bread we offer are made.

Partnership and support

Our family is big because it includes not only the Dobrevski Family but also all the small producers and partners we work with. These are farmers and private farms, producers and masters from Etara, as well as hidden chefs from the small corners of our country. This is how we bring together amazing artists and give them the opportunity to express themselves.

Gold medal for quality - pride and recognition

Quality of taste is a priority for us. That is why in 2023 our family also won a gold medal for the quality of its products at one of the most prestigious food exhibitions, namely the International Food Exhibitions 2023. This is not just a reward; it is a recognition of our attention and aspiration to provide the best to our customers. Our buffalo jerky and sausage were awarded, and once again proved themselves among the favorite products of our guests.
